Our Staff at Lavenders Care Home

The day to day management of the home is vested in the senior management group, made up of the three partners and the Registered Manager.

The senior management group are supported by a team of over 60 members of staff, who collectively offer the residents full care and accommodation needs. Many of these employees have been associated with the home for several years, and examples can be cited for internal promotion and staff development.

Tremendous loyalty and commitment to the home is evidenced at all levels. All involved in the home recognise that the primary purpose of the home is to offer the residents the opportunity to enhance their quality of life and to do this by providing a safe, manageable and comfortable environment.
